Upon finding no viable alternative, it was realized that an enormous niche in the market was being overlooked. BIDernet was formed in March 2002 in order to satisfy the demand for competition with eBay, the online auction market's singular driving force and most significant competitor. BIDernet is unique because it is focused on gaining market share in this industry through an innovative method for which a business method is patent pending that combines the best aspects of network marketing and online auction technology. BIDernet's strategy is to share the revenues of the company through a multi-tiered compensation plan that will pay monthly commissions to affiliates for referring new users that join the website, promoting increased trade across multiple categories of items which includes everything that is currently traded on eBay.
